I’m pinning Regency era empire waist gowns on Pinterest. I’m listening to classical music. I’m sitting on a bench in one of the rare gardens in NYC and sighing. I’m itching to paint. I’m reading Austenland.
and I’m longing to be Lizzy Bennett, or Emma, or Jane, or even Fanny Price. Again.
Most people make resolutions at New Years, but I like to make them during the summer. This year I’m resolving to be more consistent about blogging.
I have plenty of good excuses for not blogging: new baby, new house, new family business. But I need a few things for myself, like my morning coffee and my Barre class, and blogging is one of those things.
It’s crazy to think that we have officially been Tennessee residents for two years! We love the little town we live in and being closer to family. And we’ve even made friends! Yay!!
